Lynn BurnettLynn Burnett joined EEDA's Board of Directors in 1997 and currently serves on the EEDA Advisory Committee. Lynn has been in the banking industry for over thirty-seven years and is a Business Relationship Manager at HSBC. She also serves as the Secretary for the Bellport Chamber of Commerce. Lynn introduced EEDA's Creative Arts Program to The Gateway Performing Arts Center of Suffolk County, creating a wonderful partnership and furthering the mission of both organizations. Lynn enjoys volleyball, golf, and spending time with her family. She currently lives in Ronkonkoma, NY.

Adrean NorthridgeAdrean Northridge joined EEDA's Board of Directors in 2004 and currently serves on the EEDA Advisory Committee. She is a retired Assistant Branch Manager of the Suffolk County National Bank and a life-long resident of Long Island. Adrean also served as the President of the Greek Orthodox Church of the Hamptons. Adrean is married to William Northridge; they have two sons, William Jay and David, grandson Cole, and daughter-in-law Claudine. She has lived in Shirley with her family for forty-five years. Adrean is an active member of the Greek Orthodox Church of the Hamptons and enjoys gardening, reading, walking, and traveling.

Diane ArpaiaDiane Arpaia joined EEDA's Board of Directors in 2017 and currently serves on the EEDA Advisory Committee. Diane has been active in EEDA's fundraising activities for several years, and has found it rewarding to "be able to help our children by helping EEDA." She is passionate about spreading word about EEDA's services, helping others to get involved, and meeting parents in similar circumstances. Her son Michael participates in EEDA's Creative Arts Program. After enjoying childhood summers on the North Fork, Diane and her husband moved to Cutchogue full time twenty-five years ago. They raised their three sons here, becoming active with various sports, scouts, school, and community activities. Diane also works as a real estate salesperson with North Fork Real Estate.

Fredric Weinbaum, MDFredric Weinbaum, MD joined EEDA's Board of Directors in 2011 and currently serves on the Kinexion Board of Directors. He is the Executive Vice President, Operations, and Chief Medical Officer at Southampton Hospital. Fred is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the Eastern Vascular Society, and the American College of Physician Executives. Fred is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Island Peer Review Organization (Emeritus since 2009). He's also the former Chair of the Eden II Agency Board of Trustees, a non profit serving children and adults with Autism. Fred's expertise in managed care will be helpful as EEDA navigates the trend in this direction. Fred lives in Southampton, NY with his wife Susannah. Their son Thomas lives in one of EEDA's residences and attends an EEDA Day Habilitation program.

James W. MartinsenAs a founding member of EEDA, Jim Martinsen was responsible for establishing multiple programs and services and developing many policies and procedures. As Chief Financial Officer he created and supervised multiple EEDA departments, including Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Maintenance, Purchasing, and Transportation. He also managed multiple development projects among a myriad of other things over the years. Jim's education and background is in engineering. He became involved with EEDA because he is an amazing father who dedicated himself to make sure his son Mike, who has an intellectual and developmental disability, could live the best life possible. He currently serves on the Kinexion Board of Directors. His vision and commitment to building EEDA created opportunities for Mike, and a whole lot of other people. Jim retired from his staff position at EEDA in 2017 and joined the board of directors.

John G Aicher, Jr., EsquireJohn G. Aicher, Jr., Esquire is a third generation lawyer who started his commercial law firm May 1, 1992. John is humbled to join EEDA in its devotional mission serving a community of persons from whom he derives more than he gives. He has served on the Alumni Board of Chaminade High School and as an alumni representative of Middlebury College. John has enjoyed teaching as a catechist, baseball manager, basketball coach, and Tiger Scout leader for his and his wife Stacey’s two children. He is co-founder of The Pink Sailboat Fund for Breast Cancer Research. John is a private pilot and watercolor painter. He resides in Rockville Centre and Southold.
