Since 1993, East End Disability Associates (EEDA) has been a place where possibility lives and where people of all abilities are supported to live their best life. What began with families and a shared dream grew into a thriving community that now serves all of Long Island, and soon, New York City. Through the years, we’ve built something extraordinary: The EEDA Way, a culture of kindness, creativity, and connection that guides everything we do. This year, our EEDA community came together, the people we support, our dedicated workforce, families, and trusted partners, to define what makes this place so special.
