John V. Beltrani Memorial Golf Classic

Dear Friend:

 EEDA has dedicated the annual Golf Classic to the memory of John V. Beltrani. John was a staunch supporter of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, served as a volunteer for social causes and championed the underdog at every opportunity. If you were lucky enough to know John, I am sure you could tell stories of how he enriched your life in some way. EEDA was fortunate to have him as a board member for years. He secured substantial funds for the foundation, raised disability awareness in the community, connected many people and took pride in knowing that his contributions added value to the lives of others. One could observe that John’s life was well lived as his life view included a “full glass” and any reason was cause for celebration.

The event this year will be at The Port Jefferson Country Club located in Port Jefferson, New York, on Monday, October 15^th.  The day includes continental breakfast, barbeque lunch on the course, buffet dinner, contests of golfing skill and luck (including a $10,000 Hole in One Contest),  prize drawings and, of course, cocktails. Please review the opportunities for event sponsorship.  As a sponsor of our 10^th Annual Golf Classic, you or your company will receive special recognition on the day of the event.
