Service Coordination
The Service Coordination Department at EEDA provides Medicaid/Non-Medicaid Service Coordination for over 200 people with mental retardation and developmental disabilities, regardless of race, color, religion, sexual orientation and age. Qualified Service Coordinators use a person centered approach to assist individuals to facilitate the process of achieving their life goals and accessing needed services to attain a full and balanced life.
Services include assistance with:
- Access to Medical, Dental and Clinical Services
- Obtaining Financial Entitlements
- Access to Specialized Programs
- Community / Residential Living
- Vocational / Employment Opportunities
- Recreational / Social Opportunities
- Crisis Intervention
- Respite Services
- Day Habilitation
- Long Term Planning
