At Home
Residential Habilitation
This program allows for individuals living with their families to receive supports in their home and community. Once programming plans are developed with individual and family input, trained staff assists the person in attaining their desired outcomes. This is a support service offered by EEDA and is intended to supplement the care being given by family members and not be the sole source of support and/or oversight. Individuals typically receive several hours of this service each week.
